This website

digitalmillwright.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers. Cloudflare may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and request path) to operate and secure the service, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Our apps

Apps made by Digital Millwright LLC are designed to be local-first. Your data is stored on your device and, if you choose to enable it, in your own iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal or financial data, and we cannot see it.

Where an app offers features that call an outside service (for example, a language model for a question you type), that is an explicit, opt-in action, and the app tells you what is sent before it is sent. Nothing is sent in the background.

Our apps do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. If a future app collects crash reports or diagnostics, it will ask first and the data will be limited to what is needed to fix the problem.

Email and consulting

If you write to us or engage us for consulting, we keep your correspondence and the materials you share with us for as long as needed to do the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or share them with anyone outside the engagement. Client materials are stored in the client's own accounts wherever possible.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@digitalmillwright.com. Because our apps keep data on your devices, deleting the app deletes the data; we hold no copy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes that affect an app will also be noted in that app's release notes.
